Built-in safety circuit prevents pressure buildup caused by surfacing
Constructed from corrosion-resistant coated aluminum and stainless steel
Compact, rugged design with recessed pressure gauges for added protection
Suitable for operation at any water depth
Dual pressure gauges display both input and output pressures
Designed for use with 2-port hotstabs
Eliminates the need for an additional drain port
The Webtool™ HP690 intensifier is designed with safety in mind, featuring a unique hydraulic circuit that automatically releases output pressure when input pressure is removed. This makes it safe to use with all double-acting tools, including Webtool™’s high-pressure cutters and grippers.
Its safety system prevents pressure buildup caused by surfacing or temperature changes, simplifying operations by eliminating the need for operators to reverse flow before surfacing. Additionally, it automatically releases tool pressure in the event of HPU failure (dead stick).
The HP690 hydraulic intensifier panel is compatible with all Webtool™ cutting and gripping tools, as well as third-party equipment. Suitable for double-acting circuits, it includes a user-adjustable pressure relief valve and the industry-standard Minibooster intensifier offering multiple pressure intensification ratios. Using the 3.2:1 intensifier ratio, it achieves a maximum output pressure of 690 bar (10,000 psi) with an input pressure of 215 bar (3,120 psi).
