The GR29 Underwater Grinder is a versatile hydraulic cutting, grinding and cleaning tool designed for offshore and subsea intervention operations.

Fitted with a 9″ (230 mm) grinding or cutting disc, the GR29 provides reliable performance for material removal, weld preparation, metal cutting and marine growth cleaning tasks. The compact and lightweight design makes the tool ideally suited to deployment by work-class ROVs.

Powered by a hydraulic motor and supplied with a D-type manipulator handle as standard, the GR29 offers dependable operation in demanding subsea environments. A range of cutting discs, grinding wheels, wire cups and cleaning brushes are available to support a variety of intervention and maintenance activities.
