Exciting news! J1W Ltd in partnership with Envirent AS have successfully completed the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for the SDJ Design Engineering Ltd Jacking Rig at Gartsherrie Engineering.
We are pleased to announce the completion of a comprehensive FAT for the SDJ Design Engineering Ltd Jacking Rig, the following tooling package was used to ensure the Jacking Rig performed safely and in a controlled manner:
– Hydraulic Power Unit
– Multifluid Backpack
– Subsea Pressure Logger
– 60mm hot stab, receptacle, and jumper kit
The SDJ Design Engineering Ltd Jacking Rig has been specifically designed to carry out load tests of 110TE and 220TE padeyes subsea.
The FAT was successfully completed with the use of quality equipment and a strong team dedicated to delivering a high quality and reliable service to our clients.
With the FAT completed the Jacking Rig is now ready for the deployment phase.
